Above the Clouds – Online Massage Booking Policy We’re delighted you’ve chosen Above the Clouds for your massage experience. To ensure a smooth booking process, please review our online booking policy: 1. Appointments All massage appointments must be booked online through our secure booking system. Bookings are subject to therapist availability. 2. Deposits & Payments The full amount payable will be required to secure your appointment. Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred if the booking is rescheduled with sufficient notice. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the payment or a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged in full. 4. Arrival Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying the next client. 5. Health & Safety Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to treatment. Above the Clouds reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. 6. Minimum Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years or older to book a massage online. (Parental consent required for younger clients.) 7. Policy Updates Above the Clouds reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
